Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, under no circumstances are return shipment labels provided for any situations other than an error made on our part. In the event of an error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return shipment label (lower 48 U.S States only). For all other regions, standard postal shipment cost may be reimbursed for return costs incurred (which do not include extra services, duty or vat. This policy is applicable only to orders shipped within the lower 48 U.S states. A twenty-five percent restocking fee will be applied to all returns for any reason other than a shipment error on our part. Custom painted and/or special order items are non-returnable for any reason, in the case of damage or quality defect replacement(s) are the only option. The customer is responsible to inspect all emblems thoroughly prior to installation (either self install or professional) to ensure the emblems are correct in both design and selected color. Once emblems have been installed they are deemed used, therefore ineligible for return/exchange or refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy please contact us prior to order placement for clarification. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our system updates the order status to "Shipped" upon shipment label creation, which is normally done with 24-72 hours of order receipt. However, all orders are subject to varying processing times depending upon the specific item/color as well as current stock availability. Therefore, any available expedited shipment services offered through our website checkout (ie: Priority) are quoting the estimated transit time ONCE DISPATCHED, not to be confused with an estimated arrival time to your door. If you are in urgent need of your emblems, please contact us via live chat or text (909-360-9111) PRIOR to order placement so that we can confirm stock and provide an accurate processing time for the specific emblems /colors in need. We can then provide an ETA based on standard or expedited shipment options and even offer UPS next day air service for an additional charge if needed. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are located outside the lower 48 U.S states your order you will be given standard and expedited shipment options upon checkout (postal airmail or UPS expedited). International orders will generally arrive to the final destination in 10-18 business days (processing + transit) unless UPS expedited shipment options are selected for an additional cost upon checkout. Please note, shipment rates DO NOT INCLUDE PRE-PAID DUTY/VAT, duty/vat/customs clearance is the customers responsibility and not factored into the quoted (estimated) transit time upon checkout. Further Emblems Only has no control over additional customs delays or costs incurred in the receiving country. Once the package is shipped it is solely the customers responsibility to deal with the shipment company directly within their own country. 

Domestic orders will generally arrive in 5-7 business days (1-3 business days processing time prior to shipment via USPS). Custom items (ie: items offered in multiple color combinations) can take longer to ship based on the specific design/color combination/application). Quoted transit times are based from the date the package has been shipped, NOT from the date the order is placed. Orders are shipped from multiple locations across the United States, shipment location is dependent upon the exact item(s), current stock availability, color selected as well as other geographical and/or logistical factors which can vary on case by case basis. Please also note the shipping rates quoted upon checkout are weight-based. The weight of any such item(s) can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Apartment or Community mailbox notice: Buyer assumes all responsibility of any possibly delivery issue with a provided address with a community mailbox (ie: complex or neighborhood receptacle). In the case of a missing package the buyer is responsible to contact USPS to obtain the GPS location of the drop-off and/or file a missing package/tracer to allow USPS to investigate and possibly retrieve the package for redelivery. We also find it reasonable for customers with community mail receptacle addresses to make their own efforts to retrieve mis-delivered packages. 

Emblems Only reserves the right to add signature confirmation to any package, for any reason. All international expedited packages require signature upon delivery. Any replacement products sent due to an error made on our part or product defect will be sent via standard USPS service regardless of the original shipment service selected. If you wish to have a replacement product sent via expedited service the difference in price between standard and expedited service will need to be paid.
